The B&B DaMa di Roma is located on the fourth floor of a residential building just 200 meters from Manzoni Metro Station, from which in a few stops you can reach the most important places of the Eternal City as the piazza di Spagna, the Fontana di Trevi and the Vaticano, as well as a 10-minute walk from the main railway Termini Station, with frequent connections to Leonardo da Vinci Airport and Ciampino Airport.
From the b&b DaMa di Roma you can reach the Colosseo and the Fori Imperiali with an amazing 15 minutes walk. A few steps away from your residence you can visit the Basilica of San Giovanni and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where you will find nearby shops, restaurants and bar.
The b&b DaMa di Roma offers its customers confortable and welcoming accommodation in rooms with heating, air conditioning, LCD TV and free Wi-Fi, in addition to the kit free on request iron and ironing board. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer.
The common area complete with fridge, microwave, kettle, distributor of coffee/cappuccino is available for guests to comfortably enjoy an Italian breakfast included in the price.

- Check-in is allowed from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm (prior arrangement is possible to leave luggage first)
- Check-out by 11.00 (by prior arrangement you can leave your luggage first)
- small animals are accepted with the authorization of the structure
- Children up to 5 years do not pay if they sleep in bed with their parents
- Up to 3 nights, the reservation is only insured following the payment of the first night,
from 4 nights onwards, you will have to pay at least half the stay
- The balance of the payment must be made directly upon arrival at the B & B. Reservations can only be canceled if not later than 14 days before the date of arrival (the arrival date is calculated from 0:00 on the day of the beginning of the stay).
If you do not cancel your reservation in time, or if you do not show up at the B & B (no-show) you will incur a penalty that is equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay
